Health and Healing Course - Peaceful Sleep

 


This class can help those who suffer from insomnia and restless sleep.  We use ancient Chinese
methods which are a natural and unique way to help with deep, peaceful sleep. The regular practice
of our Tai Chi can help:

1.  reduce daytime tiredness
2.  relax our bodies
3.  relieve stress
4.  help focus our minds
5.  soothe our souls
6.  improve mood and energy levels during the day
7.  alleviate dry skin due to poor sleep quality
8.  help prevent alopecia, white hair, dark circles under the eyes and bad breath

Terms and Conditions


  1. Fees for the following month must be paid on the last lesson.  No refunds will be issued.
  2. No classes will be held on public holidays.
  3. No classes will be held if a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black rainstorm warning is issued.
    Class will be cancelled if the warning is lowered less than 2 hours prior to the scheduled class start time. Class will not be cancelled, If the warning is lowered not less than 2 hours before the scheduled class time.
  4. Please contact your instructor to check on the status of a class if an Amber or Red Rainstorm warning is issued.
