Chow is an inheritor of Chen Style Tai Chi as well as an expert in Southern Praying Mantis Kung Fu (a type of Shao Lin Kung Fu).  He was one of the last students to study under old Grandmaster Ip Sui who taught him Chow Gar Praying Mantis. Chow also inherited Kwong Sai Jook Lum Temple Praying Mantis style of Kung Fu from his father.  And the type of Tai Chi that he inherited was the most traditional, ancient and authentic Tai Chi brought back from its origin in Henan, China. 

Throughout the years countless numbers of people have been attracted by Master Chows expertise and power.  Some of his students have been instructors of Tai Chi who have taught for many years and some were already Kung Fu experts that already achieved a certain standard in Martial Arts.  There have also been CEOs of leading companies, company founders, Members of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, celebrities and professors.

Master Chow has also been invited to teach at many different types of organizations.  They include Bank of China, Government Authorities, private companies, international schools and universities.  

Over the years, Master Chow has been interviewed by numerious newspapers and magazines.  He has published a Tai Chi bible "Chen Style Sudden Thunder Tai Chi" (Chinese Version), which can be found in all major Hong Kong bookstores.  He has also been a Tai Chi columnist in Kiujik Post, a branch of the South China Morning Post.

Not only is Master Chow highly respected by his Hong Kong students he is also highly admired by his overseas students from America, Australia, Britian, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Kuwait, Spain and South America.
